In the new season, we see the aftermath of the sex scandal that we got a peek of in the second season’s ending and we learn where Asli and Lale have ended up after Asli’s meteoric fall from grace. With new challenges coming up around every corner, will the two ladies be able to come out on top?

As the Crow Flies Season 3 Ending Explained
The season starts with us getting a rundown of Lale’s career as a news reporter online wherein she works for herself. Asli, too, is fulfilled in her career as the host of a reality TV-esq show which gets great ratings. However, Asli, Lale, Kenan and Gul soon get lucrative offers from different places, with Asli getting invited to join Yusuf on The Other Side and the other three getting invitations to join a new network called RedW. However, the latter are surprised to learn that the CEO of that company is Muge, leaving everyone annoyed. Asli, on the other hand, realises that she is deeply in love with Yusuf, but isn’t able to make a move because he is already in a relationship with Guliz.
As the competition starts between the two prime-time news channels once more, the tables turn in many ways.
What Happens to the Sex Tape?
In the last season, we learnt that Lale’s sex tape had been leaked. The news starts when she helps a fellow coworker when he becomes unconscious in a hotel room after a night of alcohol-fuelled fun and someone constructs the narrative that the two of them have been intimate. Although there is no evidence, the gossip spreads like wildfire through social media, making Lale face harassment from different spheres. However, things take a turn when her daughter starts to get harassed at school, which leaves her heartbroken.

The police eventually catch the person who spread the rumour, but it doesn’t appease the masses. When Muge and Gul ask her to explain herself on live television, however, Lale draws the line and leaves the show after telling young women that they don’t owe anyone an explanation for their private lives. Eventually, Lale decides to leave town with her children to give all of them a fresh start, which results in her having a heated argument with Kenan and they break up. However, her daughter teaches her to stand up for herself and what is right even when it’s uncomfortable and, with a little prodding from Asli, Lale decides to stay back.
What is Happening Between Asli, Guliz and Yusuf?
As mentioned previously, Asli finds herself hopelessly in love with Yusuf this season but is unable to secure his attention because he is dating Guliz. However, their chemistry with each other makes it impossible for them to ignore their feelings and after a rather heated argument between the two, Asli and Yusuf get intimate with each other. Guliz, later, “hires” Asli to help her find Yusuf’s secret lover in exchange for a three-year contract. However, Asli doesn’t deliver on her end of the promise, frustrating Guliz.
Guliz, who was already doubtful about Yusuf’s affection for her previously, eventually realises that there is someone in his life already after she quizzes him about it. They break up and he gets into a secret relationship with Asli but that doesn’t work for long as Guliz starts to pressurise her to figure out Yusuf’s secret lover and she eventually figures out the truth.

Guliz goes ballistic and accuses Asli of making things in the middle of the road and she eventually passes out in front of everyone. Her rich father gets into the scene after this incident and decides to get Asli and Yusuf shackled under many lawsuits. Both of them lose their jobs and are unable to find anything in their fields resulting in Asli going back home and Yusuf working at a call centre. In the end, Lale arrives at Asli’s childhood home to fetch her, telling her that it is time to stand up for herself, signifying that another season is in the cards after all.
What Happens Between Lale and Kenan?
After their breakup following the sex tape incident, Lale decides to cancel her moving plans and joins Asli on The Other Side. She is left surprised when she learns that Kenan is still at Mon5, now working with Muge. She is left miffed and the two shows start to butt heads once again. However, Kenan’s strict and merciless regime results in Muge getting so stressed that she starts losing chunks of hair. Frustrated, she screams at Kenan and points out everything wrong with his work ethic and eventually quits.
Muge’s outburst serves as a wakeup call for Kenan and he goes to meet Lale. The two have a tearful conversation in which they air out their grievances and eventually, they forgive each other and pick up their relationship once more.
