Andrew starts by saying how some guys usually say they know the “trick” to be prepared for a prostate exam, but that’s a lie. Then Andrew sets right in and explains that he related with women when he went to get his prostate checked. Andrew goes about explaining how awkward it felt to lie down in a room with no art and just bright lights. Suddenly a doctor comes in and asks him to remove his clothes, to which Andrew wonders how he can straight up ask someone to remove clothes without a small chit chat.

It is evident that Andrew is comparing his prostate exam experience with women who have sex. Andrew then proceeds to tell how the doctor applied a lube around his finger and straight up did the job without asking how Andrew was feeling. Later, the doctor asks Andrew whether he feels “that”, to which Andrew states that every man feels that. The sexual joke describes how women usually don’t get asked by men what they really want during sexual intercourse but straight up do as they please.
