Alchemy of Souls Overview
Alchemy of Souls (Return/환혼) is a 2022 Korean historical drama series directed by Park Joon-hwa and starring Lee Jae-wook, Jung So-min, Hwang Min-hyun, Shin Seung-ho, Yoo Jun-sang, Oh Na-ra and Jo Jae-yoon, alongside other cast members.
The series revolves around Jang Wook and Mu-deok, residents of the fictional country of Daeho, whose shortcomings get eradicated when they invariably come into each other’s lives. Deok-yi, an elite warrior trapped in a weak body, becomes Jang Wook’s servant and secret teacher and helps him become better than the rumours that follow him. Will they be able to help each other get what they want out of life?
Alchemy of Souls takes over tvN’s Saturday-Sunday 9 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Our Blues.

Alchemy of Souls Episode 12 Predictions
A jealous Mu-deok tends to Jang Uk who is slowly able to see her feelings more clearly. However, there is an attack which pushes Jang Uk inside Cheonbugwon, resulting in his duel with Jin Mu. Later Jang Uk and Seo Yul discuss the fate of souls shifter, the latter believes that they should be killed while the former holds hope for them.
Alchemy of Souls Episode 11 Recap
Episode 11 brings another round of misleading conversations as Mu-deok keeps trying to deny her feelings and Park Dang-gu makes Jang Uk believe that Mu-deok and Seo Yul are a thing. The listless Jang Uk worries Mu-deok who comes up with a bet with the crown prince to get Jang Uk to duel with 10 mages. Jang Uk is disappointed and angered not because of the bet but the item that she used for the bet, the jade given to her by Jang Uk.
Elsewhere, Cheonbugwon grows stronger with the help of sorcery. Jin Mu also finds So Yi whom he makes the new Jin Bo-yeon in order to get Jin Ho-kyung under his control. Park Jin and master Lee are worried about the chaos that is coming to them because of the ice stone as they put their faith in Jang Uk. However, Jang Uk continues to lose the duels and is brought down to the last three competitors.
