Aakhri Sach is a crime series on Disney+ Hotstar that was released in August 2023. Directed by Robbie Grewal, the series stars Tamannaah Bhatia as Anya, along with Abhishek Banerjee, Shivin Narang, Danish Iqbal, Nishu Dikshit, Kriti Vij, Sanjeev Chopra and others. So far, the makers have released only 4 episodes.
The crime show is inspired by Delhi’s 2018 Burari Deaths Case that shook the nation. The makers have fictionalised it by adding a cop named Anya, played by Tamannaah. Anya is assigned to solve the case, which somewhat affects her state of mind. Viewers were expecting the streaming platform to drop all the episodes together. Sadly, they shocked everyone by releasing only one episode a week.
Chamatkari Baba tells Anya about Bhuvan’s strange behaviour in the previous episode. Bhuvan made his family make big decisions and implement major changes based on his father’s suggestions in his dreams. The episode also strangely focuses on Anya’s state of mind. She starts imagining weird things like Bhuvan after listening to his story from the Baba.
The cops again interrogate Aman, Anshika’s fiance. He also makes some revelations about the Rajawat family and what the kids told him. The episode ends with Anya finding some diaries of the Rajawat family.
Aakhri Sach Episode 5 Release Date and Predictions
Aakhri Sach Episode 5 will be released on September 15, 2023, on Friday at midnight. It will be the second last episode of the crime series. So far, the series has made slow progress by focusing on Anya and Aman’s subplots, which did not help solve the mystery. In the real Burari Case of 2018, these diaries played a key role in helping the cops crack the case. We hope the last two episodes focus a lot more on the Rajawat family as it’s their story, and we still know hardly anything about them.
