A Model Family: New Pictures Released From the Upcoming Thriller Kdrama, Check Them Out

The thriller genre continues to hit us with new Kdramas on Netflix with a new series A Model Family that’s already exciting us for its release in August. Netflix is getting ready to bring us to the edge of our seats once again with its upcoming Kdrama and we are already loving it! Directed by Kim Ji-won the series stars Jung Woo, Park Hee-soon, Yoon Jin-seo, Park Ji-yeon along with other cast members. If the cast is not enough to excite you then the drama has got a plot that will definitely captivate you to watch this series.

A Model Family revolves around a family that is on the verge of bankruptcy but somehow gets involved with a bloodthirsty drug ring. Now the family has to bring themselves together as they complete near-death missions which mould them into a model family that soon finds the courage to stand up against this dangerous drug ring.

Professor Dong-ha (Jung Woo) finds himself in the midst of a financial crisis which is also affecting his married life. One day he finds money in a vehicle and decides to steal it to put an end to this situation. However, the money belongs to the number two guy in a drug ring Gwang Cheol (Park Hee-soon) and stealing his money has brought him under the radar of the police. Dong-ha wanted to keep together his broken family while Gwang Cheol want to get his work done. The series is set to keep the audience intrigued till the end with its chase and drama that will entertain us till the end.

To add to the excitement of this upcoming thriller, Netflix Korea has released stills of A Model Family that shows us the intense run and chase between the drug ring and the police that have involved this breaking family.

The official Netflix synopsis for the Korean series reads, “After unwittingly stealing money from a cartel, a cash-strapped professor finds the only way to save his broken family is by working as a drug courier.”

The show is set to release on August 12, 2022, and will be available for streaming on Netflix.
