On August 19, 2023, at 12 AM KST, a new and second V Layover promotion schedule was revealed by BigHit Music, further shining the spotlight on BTS V’s upcoming solo debut album. As the last remaining member of the group to be releasing his first solo project, Taehyung has indeed made us all wait for a long time, but as Jean-Jacques Rousseau rightly said, “Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet”, the end result of this long wait headed our way is going to shower us with unexpected gifts and happiness.
Some pre-released music videos, tracks and concept photos are already out, and all we can say for them is that, they were all worth the wait. Just a little bit of patience on our side is needed now before the final pieces of the puzzle are placed into their right spots. Till then, you can take a quick glance at all the content related to this album that has been unveiled by the artist till now, and some other crucial details listed below. The R&B and pop fusion album has been produced by Frankie Scoca, Freekind and Jinsu Park.

V Layover Tracklist
BigHit Music had earlier released a notice stating that V’s upcoming music album will be consisting of six tracks in total – five tracks and a bonus track, and “to fully appreciate the album’s flow, we recommend listening to it in sequence from start to finish.” All those songs have been listed below.
1. Rainy Days – In this light jazzy song, V’s voice beautifully finds its company with the sound of rain and everyday white noises.
2. Blue – Old school R&B with a modern twist.
3. Love Me Again – Light alluring R&B track in which V’s baritone takes the main character’s shape.
4. Slow Dancing – As the main title track, this one’s a ‘70s romantic soul track with a laid-back and free-spirited feeling.
5. For Us – A pop R&B track that will stay with you till the end. As an epilogue, it stirs up deep emotions.
6. Slow Dancing (Piano Ver.) – A bonus piano arrangement of the focus track Slow Dancing.
V Layover Promotion Schedule
So far, we’ve already received two music videos – Love Me Again and Rainy Days. In the days to come, we’re highly anticipating the release of Blue and Slow Dancing MVs as well. Lucky for us all, the promotion schedule calendar released a few hours ago hopes to inform us all of what’s to come next and when. First to drop in the coming days ahead, the first Blue MV teaser will release on August 22, 2023, and its follow-up teaser video will come out on August 25, both at 12:00 AM KST.
Thereafter, V’s previously released single tracks, Scenery, Winter Bear and Snow Flower will be receiving their official releases on streaming platforms on August 28 at 1 PM KST. And then, the third and fourth sets of concept photos will be released on August 29 and September 6 respectively. A long gap is left unfilled between these two dates, plus, the Blue MV premiere date hasn’t been outed yet either, which means that we’ll possibly be getting a third V Layover schedule calendar as well.
