When are the New Episodes of Nineteen to Twenty Releasing? Who’s Going to End Up With Whom?

Several heartstrings are getting entangled at the same time and at the same juncture, and it’s only welcoming more cause for complications, but of course that’s why we love to sip our tea while watching reality TV shows. The new episodes of Nineteen to Twenty (열아홉 스물) are about to brew up a mix of spells we haven’t anticipated yet, and that’s just what makes it all the more exciting for us all.

With the no-dating ban having lifted in the ‘House 20’ set-up as soon as everyone turned 20 (as per the old Korean age tradition, everyone turned a year older with the onset of a new year regardless of what your actual birthdate may be), the push-and-pull between the contestants become even more severe. What emerged as a lovey-dovey, endearing banter between the doe-eyed youngsters then, is now all but a race to win the hearts of the one they like the most. And in some cases, this discussion seems to be leading their eyes to one particular person in question, resulting in a love triangle, or even a love square scenario.

Originally having premiered with the first three episodes of July 11, 2023, the Korean coming-of-age show, which has now transitioned into a dating reality series, has now put out a total of six episodes. Episodes 4-6 released on Netflix on July 18, 2023, and we’re already holding on to our breaths, while gasping at our max energies in anticipation of the next bit to unfold in the upcoming entries.

Hosted by Cho Kyu-hyun aka Super Junior Kyuhyun, Kim Ji-eun, AKMU Lee Suhyun and Jeong Sewoon, 19 to 20 welcomed a group of total ten teens at first, who later in turn greeted two new entries on the third day. The first set of four boys to be introduced on the first day itself were Moon Se-yeon, Lim Jung-yun, Oh Sang-won and Lee Ji-min, whereas the first four girls were Jeong Seo-young, Choi Seo-hyeon, Noh Hee-ji and Choi Ye-rin. Eventually, Jeong Ji-woo and Kim Pyeong-seok also joined the rest as new additions to the group of teenagers on the cusp of adulthood.

The initial half of the season has already culminated with many of them having started admiring someone who’s caught their attention. Yet, somehow, shifting from School 19 to House 20 has also resulted in many new developments. In order to speculate how things are going to unravel in the coming episodes, let’s first glance over the situation at hand right now.

When are the New Episodes of Nineteen to Twenty Releasing?

Since the episodes have been releasing in batches on a weekly basis, the remaining entries of the season are going to follow the same format. The next four episodes will premiere on Netflix on the same date, whereas the subsequent remaining final three episodes will follow after that on a different date. The OTT platform has listed out a total of 13 episodes for the first season of the show, out of which, 6 are already streaming on Netflix.

Nineteen to Twenty Episode 7 Release Date

Nineteen to Twenty Episode 7-10 will come out on Netflix on the same date, i.e. on July 25, 2023 (Tuesday), a week after the previous drop of episodes. Currently, Hee-ji and Pyeong-seok seem to be interested in getting to know each other more. They haven’t expressed an earnest desire to find out more about anyone else among the huge gathering.

On the other side of it all, Sang-won has been determined to get to know Seo-hyeon since Day 1, and while he’s getting the opportunities to accomplish it all, Seo-hyeon’s doesn’t want to restrict herself to one thing right now. Her innate voice keeps gnawing at her to keep her options open and get acquainted with the others too, especially since they all have barely gotten to know anything about each other yet in the limited time frame accorded to them.

Ye-rin, whose heart fluttered for the first time in a long while due to Seo-yeon’s directness with her, is again at odds with herself. Ever since she walked into House 20, she’s also started feeling a little something for Pyeong-seok and wants to dig into a conversation with him to find out if there could be something between them. The Dream Date development has granted her the perfect chance to indulge into her curiosities in the coming episodes.

In the meantime, Seo-yeon’s been quite distant from Ye-rin, and has been earnestly looking on towards Ji-woo to exact a response out of here. And this is exactly where Episode 6 left us, with him speaking his mind to her and dropping us off on a cliffhanger moment. However, he’s not the only one whose heartstrings have been tugged at on hearing Ji-woo’s name, Ji-min and Jung-yun belong to the same Team Ji-woo league. But the only difference at the moment is that she seems to be captivated by Jung-yun equally.

Seong-yeon has been trying her best to express her feelings to Ji-min, who at first felt a pull towards her in the initial episodes. Things changed when the new arrivals settled in and his emotions tuned into a big pool of confusion once he found himself stealing glances at Ji-woo.
