It is time for some more magic and muscles, as Mashle Episode 9 is the ninth episode of a show that promises to bring a lot of laughter across its runtime. Mashle is an action, comedy, and fantasy anime directed by Tomoya Tanaka and based on an original manga written by Hajime Koumoto. The series is being animated by Studio A-1 Pictures.
Mashe Burnedead isn’t a very popular personality in the world that he lives in. Living secretly in the forest, he trains his body every day, and despite not having any magical powers, he is strong enough to compete with magic users! However, upon having his secret identity revealed, and his peaceful life threatened, Mash begins his journey to becoming a “Divine Visionary,” a powerful role that society would have no choice but to accept his existence.
And so, to maintain his peaceful life, the magicless Mash enrols in the prestigious Easton Magic Academy, competing against the children of some of the most powerful and elite in the realm. Lacking the very skill needed to survive at Easton, magic, Mash appears to already be at a disadvantage to his fellow classmates. To achieve his goals, Mash will have to fight his way through every trial using his fists alone, overcoming magic with muscles, all for the illustrious title of Divine Visionary! (Via MAL Rewrite)

Mashle Episode 9 Plot
There is a very clear story for this episode, for once, which I am grateful for. The four housemates have been put up against Magia Lupus in matchups that are going to lead to some fun battles. The entire episode is just going to be the three fights, even though some of them should get more time than the others. Mashle has had a few good fights so far, and the matchups here suggest a few more of the same kind coming up. Let’s see which way they go in this episode!
Mashle Episode 9 Characters
Mash is facing someone who not only knows that he doesn’t have any powers but appears to be similar to him in many ways, especially in strength. Their matchup will be interesting, but the other ones aren’t so bad as well. Dot and Finn are almost certainly going to get their asses handed to them by the two double-liners unless Finn pulls something out. Lance has got things covered on his end, so that doesn’t appear to be an issue.

Mash is going to win his fight, but he is going to have to sweat a little. Lance is going to get underestimated and come out on top, while Finn and Dot need to start praying for a miracle.
Mashle Episode 8 Recap
A housemate of Mash, Lance, Finn, and Dot comes out of the puppet prison after having all of his powers sucked out. As a similar fate is about to befall Lemon, the four of them get a hint and are able to follow them to what appears to be a trap set by the Magia Lupus to get rid of them. We see a contract killer being sent to destroy them, as Dot faces up to challenge him as he is good-looking. Somehow, Dot comes out on top as the four get separated and face different opponents.
