Dr Romantic Season 3 Overview
Dr Romantic season 3 (낭만닥터 김사부3) is the latest season of the romance medical Kdrama of the same name directed by Yoo In-shik. The show stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.
The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.
Dr Romantic season 3 takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Taxi Driver season 2.

With a collapsed building and a sight of many to save, the Doldam team needs to save as many as possible. While Sa-bu tries to get in touch with Jin-man, Woo-jin makes a decision to continue saving many more. However, the danger is always around and Woo-jin is ready to make everyone worry once again.

Kim Sa-bu and Eun-jae save the patient after which the former hurries to another surgery. But this time, Jin-man is not the only one who notices his wrist. Later, Jin-man is shocked to find out about his daughter’s surgery anxiety. Meanwhile, Eun-tak is beaten up and threatened to get drugs.
Meanwhile, it is found that the shooter is still in the hospital and Sa-bu rushes to instruct everyone what to do. While everyone rushes to safety, Woo-jin arrives at the ICU to find the shooter aiming at the patient who is being blocked by Dong-hwa.
The sound of guns being fired is heard and Sa-bu rushes to find his doctors. He spots a shaken-up Dong-hwa but Woo-jin is not to be seen. Elsewhere, Woo-jin tries to talk the shooter out of what he is doing but nothing works. A phone call from Eun-jae shook him up and he becomes determined to leave unharmed.
Woo-jin survives the terror and arrives back safely, but this time with an appreciation for everyone like never before. Meanwhile, Eun-tak sends the man who is an addict to the police before revealing everything to Ah-reum. The doctors then get together and celebrate, unaware that a letter from the court is here to wreak havoc again.
