Dr Romantic season 3 (낭만닥터 김사부3) is the latest season of the romance medical Kdrama of the same name directed by Yoo In-shik. The show stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.
The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.
Dr Romantic season 3 takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Taxi Driver season 2.

Things get chaotic at Doldam as most of the team is taken to the trauma centre while Woo-jin is unable to get his mind to leave Sa-bu. The mentor gives his student another lesson while things don’t seem to go very well at the trauma centre. Will Jin-man be able to get everything under control?
Dr Romantic Season 3 Episode 4 Recap
Episode 4 brings a successful surgery of the athlete, but the night doesn’t end for the team as a nearby fire brings in numerous victims and has them running around. However, a lighter being found in the hand of an older victim makes her the prime suspect and builds doubtful thoughts in Dong-hwa.
As Dong-hwa begins to instigate Woo-jin, Sa-bu gets irritated and teaches him a lesson on how to not differentiate behind patients. This becomes a lesson for Dong-hwa when he finds out that the arsonist was someone else. Meanwhile, Woo-jin conducts surgery on the old woman.
After a busy night of running around, the team soon gets some time to rest, however, Jin-man steps forward to surprise them in the morning. Taking away the most skilled and experienced doctors from Doldam, he tries to put Sa-bu in a difficult position.
When Woo-jin tries to leave by rejecting the offer, Jin-man’s words aimed at his lack of confidence in what he has learnt from Sa-bu make him halt.
