Disenchanted Trailer: Fairytale Gone Wrong to be Fixed Before the Clock Strikes Midnight

Disney’s upcoming fairytale gone wrong movie Disenchanted has released its trailer today and we are looking forward to a story that brings out a new kind of magic for us all. Directed by Adam Shankman, the film stars Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, Maya Rudolph, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jayma Mays, and Gabriella Baldacchino, alongside other cast members.

Disenchanted follows the story of Giselle and Robert 10 years later when they start a new life in the suburban community of Monroeville looking for their happily ever after. However, Giselle soon realises that things are not like she had imagined and starts questioning her happiness. Inadvertently, she ends up turning the lives of those in the real world and Andalasia upside down in search of happiness.

The trailer of the upcoming film shows Giselle and Robert starting a new life in Monroeville as her old friends come to wish her a happy life with a gift- An Adalasian Wishing Wand. The two soon start their new normal, as Giselle has to accept reality while Robert starts off as a commuter.

However, Giselle soon finds out that fitting in the community is not so easy and ends up wishing for a fairytale life turning the whole of Monroeville into a tale where finding her happily ever after won’t be easy. Now with music, dancing, balls, swords and more, the town slowly turns into a fairytale, but not how Giselle had wished for.

And thus begins her race against time to reverse this spell before the clock strikes midnight, but tragedy hits again as Giselle is put under a curse and everything is going haywire in Andalasia. And soon the trailer comes to an end with the epic fight between two villains fighting for the crown- Giselle and Malvina.

The trailer gives us an exciting sneak peek into the magical world that has been brought out here and keeps us on our toes as we look forward to the release of the film. There is no doubt that this messed up fairytale will have more than what we’ve witnessed until now and will give us the thrill of a lifetime.

So let us look forward to the release of Disenchanted which is set to release on November 18, 2022, and will be available for streaming on Disney+.
