Shooting Stars(별똥별) is a 2022 Korean Drama featuring Lee Sung-kyung, Kim Young-dae, Yoon Jong-hoon, Kim Yoon-hye, Park So-jin and Lee Jung-shin. The series is directed by Lee Soo-hyun and runs for 16 episodes. Shooting Stars Episode 13 has a runtime of 62 minutes and is titled Someone You Know.

In Shooting Stars Episode 13, Eun Si-woo holds an emergency press conference to address the rumours that have been spreading around about her and Gong Tae-sung. She reveals to the media that she had Tae-sung before she became an actress. After her husband passed away, she abandoned Tae-sung to his grandparents and followed her dream of becoming an actress. She was not a good mother to him. She asks the reporters to stop spreading rumours about Tae-sung and correct what they have done wrong.
Tae-sung didn’t want the truth to be revealed and that’s why he didn’t like it that Han-byul was the one who arranged an urgent press conference. Han-byul had received the tip from Ki-ppeum that reporters have found out about Si-woo and Tae-sung’s relationship and all of them might release the news suddenly, calling him an illegitimate child. To avoid further damage, Han-byul had to act before the reporters and reveal the truth.

Tae-sung wants to contact Han-byul first but has been reluctant. However, when Jung-byeol tells him why Han-byul had to do it, he texts her right away. Tae-sung goes to the office after his shoot and sees Han-byul tired, on her desk. He apologizes to her and understands her situation. He also tells her that he will talk with his mother and calls Yu-sung for the same. He also apologizes to Yu-sung and enjoy drinking with him like before.
Eun Si-woo is packing her bags to leave the country and her ex-manager is helping her. Yu-sung rings her bell and he surprises her by bringing Tae-sung with him. Si-woo gets to apologize to her son and tells him everything that she wanted to do for so long. Tae-sung tells her that he has been lonely all his life to which she replies that even if it wasn’t enough, she loved him so much and he doesn’t have to feel lonely anymore because he is loved.
Shooting Stars Episode 13 Ending
Everything has gotten better but one problem is still not resolved. One of Tae-sung’s anti-fans has been sending him letters in a red envelope. Mostly, the letters accuse him of killing Yoon Woo, his best friend. Yoon Woo was Tae-sung and Han-byul’s best friend who took his own life. Tae-sung couldn’t attend his funeral because he was abroad. However, Tae-sung knows who sends him letters but don’t know what to do because he is close to that person. Yoon Woo’s ex-manager and owner of the cafe that Han-byul often goes to is the one who sends Tae-sung letters.
Shooting Stars Episode 13 Review
Shooting Stars Episode 13 shows us different ways a relationship can go. Tae-sung and Si-woo reconcile after many years, Jae-hyuk and Yu-na have broken up but have to work as lovers in their drama and Yu-sung and Ho-young finally realize their love for each other after working together for a long time. If you are a human, you have many relationships with other humans. They can get complicated but it’s just a part of life.
