Our Blues (우리들의 블루스) is a Korean drama series directed by Kim Kyu-tae and features Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-a, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, and Uhm Jung-hwa, alongside other cast members. The series has 20 episodes, and Our Blues Episode 6 is titled Dong-seok and Seon-a 1 and has a runtime of 65 minutes.

Yeong-ju and Hyeon are returning home from the hospital and Yeong-ju starts feeling uneasy due to the smoke from the fire extinguisher. When the bus driver refuses to stop the bus, Yeong-ju screams that she is pregnant and makes him stop. She has been emotional since she heard the baby’s heartbeats and changes her decision to abort the baby. She tells Hyeon to never change and that they should tell their fathers the truth. However, a girl from their high school has heard everything.
Seon-a has been sick with depression for 7 years and after a fight with her husband, they get divorced. She was given custody of her son but when she gets into an accident involving her son, Yeol, the custody is taken away from her and given to his father instead. A lawsuit is going on with regards to Yeol’s custody and Seon-a is at disadvantage for many reasons.

Hurt from everything, Seon-a leaves Seoul and travels to Jeju island. Dong-seok had already seen her on the ship but had ignored her. On the way, her car breaks down and Dong-seok happens to pass by. He stops to help but when she pretends to not know him, he gets angry and leaves, only to come back again and help her. Dong-seok and Seon-a had a special relationship when they were younger but not anymore.
Jeong-jun and Yeong-ok have started dating and while working, Yeong-ok asks Jeong-jun about his past relationships. Although Jeong-jun does not dwell in the past, he tells Yeong-ok about his first love who is married with kids now, a girl who cut herself after he broke up with her and a girl who broke up with him because she didn’t like Jeju. After that, Jeong-jun doesn’t like girls who don’t like Jeju. Yeong-ok teases him that she likes Jeju so much.
Our Blues Episode 6 Ending
Yeong-ok had been giving lifts to the old ladies but since they have found her lies, they have been planning to kick her out of their group and Jeju. They called their other teammate with the car and refused to go with Yeong-ok. When they board the ship, an old lady, in an attempt to get Jeong-jun by their side, tells him that Yeong-ok is a liar and she has a man who calls her every day. Jeong-jun is intrigued but doesn’t ask Yeong-ok anything.
After Seon-a left for Seoul, she meets Dong-seok after many years as a chauffeur. She recognizes him and they start to hang out. They go to clubs, restaurants and Karaoke together. When Seon-a expresses her wish to visit the sea, Dong-seok takes her to the seaside at the midnight. Seon-a enjoys their long ride to the sea but when Dong-seok kisses her, she retracts. She takes a taxi back to Seoul and never contacts Dong-seok again.
However, Seon-a’s life has fallen apart in the past few years and she has come back to her hometown. She has been hurt by her son’s words when he says that his mom cannot play with him because she is sick. Seon-a has been trying to get over her depression but it isn’t easy for her. While looking at Jeju’s sea, she jumps off in it. Jeong-jun’s ship has seen her jump and informs the marine police which might save her life but she is drained mentally because nothing in her life has been going according to her will.
Our Blues Episode 6 Review
Our Blues Episode 6 brings focus to Dong-seok and Seon-a’s story along with a glimpse of Jeong-jun, Yeon-ok and Yeong-ju, Hyun. Shin Min-a has been doing a good job as a depressed person trying hard to change her life. However, the pace of the episode is slow and is a mixture of different emotions. It is difficult to keep a single mood while watching it.
