Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer is out now! The much-awaited sequel to the 2016 Dr Strange film is finally happening and, the trailer is filled with everything we wish for and more. Directed by Sam Raimi, who gave us the original Spider-Man trilogy featuring Toby Maguire and written by Rick and Morty and Loki’s Michael Waldron, the film stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, along with Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Rachel McAdams, all reprising in their previous roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The trailer teases the fans with what was laid in the Doctor Strange episode of Marvel’s What If series and, we get to see the doors of the multiverses opening as an aftermath of Spider-Man: No Way Home that leads to destruction and chaos. We see Doctor Strange seeking Wanda’s help and, there is also the introduction of Xochitl Gomez’s America Chavez, who is essentially known in the Marvel comics for being able to open multidimensional portals.
With maddening visuals and, a captivating storyline along with the introduction of the evil version of Stephen Strange, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has left fans excited more than ever.
