His Dark Materials Season 3 has marked the end of the long-running, well-loved HBO Max fantasy show. The series ended with a bang leaving a lot of the viewers feeling emotional and, almost, bittersweet with its ending. Nonetheless, the show only generated excitement and love throughout its running and will always be remembered.

At some point, His Dark Materials really made it difficult with the parallel universes and the reality of dust. Banking on similar lines of confusion that require unrequited understanding is Netflix’s Dark. A science fiction thriller, this German-language series is co-created by Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese and has a total of three seasons (just like His Dark Materials, yes!).

Another fantasy series with an element of horror in it which is also an adaptation- Locke and Key is developed by Carlton Cuse, Meredith Averill and Aron Eli Coleite. The series is based on the comic-book series of the same name that was created by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez and has a total of three seasons.
The cast for the series includes Darby Stanchfield, Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Jackson Robert Scott, Laysla De Oliveira, Petrice Jones and Griffin Gluck. The series tells the story of three siblings who move into their old, paternal house following the death of their father which is filled with reality-bending keys (much like the aletheiometer!).
