2024 Seoul Music Awards Red Carpet: Bangkok’s red carpet event witnessed dazzling mainstream K-pop stars stepping out for one of the first notably marvellous events of the new year. Held on January 2, 2024, at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Thailand, i.e. the first time for the show to be taking place outside of South Korea, SMA 2024 was also graced by some of the most well-known Thai celebrities. Sports Seoul and Seoul Music Awards Organising Committee’s organised endeavour was hosted by actor Lee Seun-gi, GOT7’s BamBam and Youngjae, and Tiffany Young.
In a rather unfortunate development for the 33rd Seoul Music Awards aka Seoul Gayo Daesang (33rd 서울가요대상), a report rolling out on January 2 itself revealed that Mark Tuan’s attendance at the event had to face a last minute cancellation due to his health issues. Other than that, however, the excellent lineup for the glamorous eve welcomed Sandara Park, Sunmi, NCT DREAM, RIIZE, ZEROBASEONE, Kang Daniel, Yuju, Young Tak, DAY6’s Young K, STAYC and many others. The red carpet event was held around 6 PM KST.
