Knowing that Sandro is a topic that will easily trigger Tirso, he finds a way to rope in the veteran.

Ezequiel involves Nata and Loco for his revenge plan. Nata, who wants to become a drug lord, wishes to kill Sandro, so she agrees. She requests Loco to dress up like Robin Hood and hunt down Sandro. Loco visits Sandro’s club, unaware of the death trap. Sadly, he gets murdered. Nata becomes extremely disturbed and seeks Nelson’s help. Nelson and Nata finally come up with a plan to kill him.

When Ezequiel meets Sandro with a bug in his bag, plotted by Amanda, Nelson comes inside the room and shoots Sandro. The police then come in and arrest Ezequiel for the murder.

The Phantom

While all this chaos is happening, Amanda notes that there is someone behind all these drug lords and that Sandro isn’t the big guy. She believes a figure called The Phantom is ordering all of them around. So in the next season, we might learn about this guy.

Wrong Side of the Tracks Season 1 Ending Explained

In the end, Nelson breaks up with Irene, believing she had to endure all this because of him. Knowing that his grandaughter is a drug addict, Tirso calls Jemina and asks her to take Irene back. Irene leaves with her mother. Nata becomes the new drug lord, and Nelson is an important member. Nata is also in love with Nelson. Now that Sandro is dead, a new villain is surely coming up, so we will witness Tirso’s battle with the new bad guy.

The chances of Ezequiel coming back are less since he is arrested for a crime. However, Amanda might try to save him as she believes he can get to the Phantom. Will Irene and Nelson join? That’s also unsure; we will know it only in season 2.

Wrong Side of the Tracks season 2 will be released on March 1, 2023, on Netflix.
