The story follows Yeon Bo-ra, who under the name of Deborah, works as a dating coach & is a best-selling author. She has advice for everyone regarding dating and relationships but can’t say the same about her own love life. However, things might change when she meets a cold guy as her publisher, Lee Soo-hyuk, who doesn’t values the work of a dating coach. At first, they are at crossroads but slowly try to understand and get to know each other.

In the latest episode, seeing her little sister so worried like that makes Bo-ra come back to her senses. She decides to not put the people around her in such worry, that they have to think about life and death & decides to gather her scattered life together. After a long time, she checks her direct messages on Instagram from her fans which really comfort her, as they shared their own breakup stories.
But another problem comes her way when her contact list is hacked & the scammers are going around asking for money from her friends & even family. Bo-mi & Suhyeok, both fall for the phishing scam & transfer large amounts of money, leading to the filing of a police complaint against the scammers. Having to sign a new lease for the house, Bo-ra is left with no choice but to sign the book deal with Sang-jin, so that she can get enough signing amount for her survival.

In the preview for the next episode, we see that Bo-ra successfully signs the deal & even goes out with her new publishers for a team dinner. While going back from it, she is seen getting too close to Su-hyeok in a drunk state & might do something that she is seen regretting the next morning. While trying to avoid meeting Su-hyeok, we see him knocking on her door instead, which startles Bo-ra to close the door instantly.
