Top Gun Maverick: Tom Cruise Jumps Out of Plane For His Epic Thank You Note to the Fans

Tom Cruise never rests a leg, and has once again jumped out from soaring heights to thank his fans for coming out to the theatres for Top Gun Maverick. The recently released video both celebrates his groundbreaking Maverick release of 2022, and teases the upcoming instalment of his well-known action spy film franchise, Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning.

Sitting beside the writer, director and producer of the forthcoming chapter of the espionage sage, Christopher McQuarrie, over the “stunning Africa”, the actor announces the ongoing filming of Dead Reckoning, parts one and two. Yelling out to his heart’s content from an aircraft over the skies, Cruise then states that he “didn’t want the year to end without thank you all for coming out to the theatres, and thank you for supporting” his last project to the fullest extent.

While McQuarrie stands his ground unlike his companion, Cruise descends from the great altitude with the ever-shining smile on his face as if this were his daily routine and a walk in the park. He extends his message by thanking the fans yet again “for allowing us to entertain you”, as for him, “it truly is an honour of a lifetime.” Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday, the Top Gun actor continues filming the shot with ease and hopes to see you all again at the movies.
