Body Positivity Social Media Influencers

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms aren’t only used to post hate comments. There are also good ways in which we can use that. There are so many body-positivity influencers, updating daily about their glow and growth. You can watch their videos, speak out positively in their comment sections, and also try contacting any of them, if possible, to hear their story as well.

Preach Good News of Body

This is a tough call but it is surely worth it. When you’re receiving hate, try to spread the good news about your body to people who are experiencing the same struggle as you. When you try to give them hope, you’ll eventually find yourself loving and living the positive vibes that you pass on. You can post body positivity quotes, share your daily struggles and such, that will help others to love you, and you to love yourself more.

Watch Feel Good Movies on Body Positivity
