It is sad but, it is true that The Time Traveler’s Wife is steadily coming to an end. A six-part series, HBO Max already released the fifth episode with only one more remaining. Created by Steven Moffat, the show is based on the novel of the same name by Audrey Niffenegger. The series is directed by Game of Thrones’ David Nutter and produced by Warner Bros. Television and Hartswood Films.
The Time Traveler’s Wife stars Rose Leslie and Theo James in the main role as Clare Abshire and Henry DeTamble, respectively. The other cast members include Caitlin Shorey, Everleigh McDonell, Brian Altemus, Jason David, Kate Siegel, Desmin Borges, Natasha Lopez, Michael Park, Jaime Ray Newman and Taylor Richardson amongst others. The Time Traveler’s Wife Episode 5 showed us Henry visiting Clare’s family and things finally getting a direction.
Although fans were not impressed with the pilot, the series slowly seemed to have grown on everybody and now as the finale is nearing, no one’s ready to say goodbye to the show. One of the fans wrote, “The time traveler’s wife is getting better every episode” and, we sure do agree. Fans are hoping there is a second season of the show as the fifth episode ended in a beautiful manner but, also dropped hints about Henry’s potential death in the future. Well, it will be interesting to see how HBO wraps up the show and if there is going to be a second season to it or not.
