Mich is a fabulous and hopelessly unique teenager who tries to survive high school through love entanglements, social expectations and family traditions while continuing her mission to be popular. As a new school year starts, Mich is tired of being invisible to the popular kids — including her own boyfriend — and sets out to make a splash.

We see that Mich starts dating Dani again when she sees that Brenda and Mati are also back together, after their impromptu trip. She has gained some insight into herself and decides to show her drama teacher that she can really be one of the Alice’s, in the play. Impressed by her performance she gets the part of the 5th understudy, which gets her excited.

Dani also plans a big night with Mich at the hotel, while she’s been busy making amends with her friends. On the other hand, Brenda manoeuvres to take out her onstage competition. With the help of her friend, she hides drugs in one of the cast’s lockers, while asking her friend to drop out of the play – in exchange for Instagram mentions and followers.

Now only Mich, Majo and Brenda remain in the role of Alice. Mich is still feeling conflicted about her feelings as she has a moment with Majo in the changing rooms. However, Majo sees her kissing Dani and feeling rejected, she runs away and even drops out of the drama play. With only the cousins remaining, Brenda has the perfect plan to get the solo role.

She puts up a video of her childhood pictures and reveals Mich to be her sister. The video puts her on everyone’s radar as they start to recognise Mich and instantly make her feel popular. At this point, Brenda invites her to the fountain and tells her that she can be one of the popular girls, as long as she drops out of the play, otherwise, she can take the sudden popularity back as well.

While Mich likes her popularity, being on the stage and applauded for her talent is her long dream which she can’t let go of. Even her mother gives in to her and lets her perform on stage, instead of in The Most Beautiful Flower pageant. So she decides to say no to Brenda which leads to another video, where she claims to have her account hacked and that she isn’t related to Mich or whatever.

During the live stream, she gets a message from her other cousin with the picture of Mich and Mati kissing – as she felt dejected to know that Mich didn’t reciprocate the same sister’s love, as she was too happy to know that she is going back to her dad. Brenda confronts Mati about the kiss and they eventually break up. While Mich visits Majo and they end up kissing but she refuses to take it further.

In the play, Mich is given the solo as even Brenda doesn’t show up but she is rather booed by the audience after watching the live stream video. It affects her self-confidence but after watching the video, she gathers all her courage and finishes the play. Happy with her performance, which got her much applause & praise, she is surprised by Dani who wants to confess his feelings.

She asks for some time and encounters Mati as well, who wants to get together after breaking up with Brenda and at home, Majo is also waiting – after their last night kiss in the park. Flabbergasted to see all of them coming at her together, she rushes inside her house and tells her family that she wishes to participate in the pageant as well.

Only to see that Brenda is now going to live with her and even represent the family in the pageant. While the series ends at this point, we can infer that Mich is certainly furious to see Brenda in the costume that she was supposed to wear. Who Mich chooses to date is not clear to us and could only be explained in another season, if there will be one.
