The Kidnapping Day Overview
The Kidnapping Day (유괴의 날) is a comedy thriller Kdrama directed by Park Yoo-young and based on the novel of the same Korean name “Yugwaei Nal” by writer Jung Hae-yeon. The drama stars Yoon Kye-sang, Park Sung-hoon, Yu Na, Kim Shin-rok, Kim Sang-ho, and Seo Je-hee alongside other cast members.
The drama tells the story of a helpless father who accepts the idea of kidnapping a rich kid goes wrong when he finds out that the little one’s parents are dead. The little girl has already lost her memory due to an accident prior to her kidnapping and the man claims to be her father. However, the little girl soon uncovers his web of lies while he tries to investigate what really happened.

The Kidnapping Day Episode 10 Prediction
Sang-yoon and Myung-joon team up to find Ro-hee while she is rushed to the hospital by Ha-young. While they soon succeed in finding her, Sang-yoon warns Myung-joon that Hye-eun might be the real culprit. Meanwhile, another side of Hye-eun’s life is revealed as she turns to Jayden to work together.
On the other hand, Jayden finds out that Ro-hee’s pendant does indeed hold information related to the experiment. Later, Myung-joon and Ha-young get into another brawl and this time, Jayden makes sure to intercept. Will the duo be able to keep Ro-hee safe?
The Kidnapping Day Episode 9 Recap
Episode 9 brings up the past of Hye-eun and Myung-joon and how the former followed him and succeeded in getting adopted instead. Back in the present, Jayden threatens Eun-sun to take back her investment in the Genius Child Project before leaving where he comes across Sang-yoon. Eun-sun is asked about the project Sang-yoon, however, she refuses to reveal anything.
Sang-yoon then leaves to face disciplinary action and is suspended for a month. Later, he plans to trick Hye-eun by bringing her to meet Cheol-won, but he fails when she notices the blinking red light of the wiretapper. Meanwhile, Myung-joon takes a look at the footage and finds out that Hye-eun had visited the Choi house on the day of the incident.
He then rushes and makes up his mind to take refuge at Eun-sun’s house when he comes across someone trying to kill her. Meanwhile, Jayden gets keys to Ro-hee’s house where he comes across a family portrait and observes the necklace around Ro-hee. He then comes across Sang-yoon and makes a leave, unaware that he is now being followed.
Jayden then takes away Ro-hee’s necklace to investigate it while the child is traumatised by memories of people around her getting hurt. The next day, Myung-joon finds out that Ro-hee will be taken away and rushes out but comes across Sang-yoon whom he tries to escape. However, Sang-yoon sees him and chases him; meanwhile, Jayden’s car is blocked by Hye-eun who introduces herself as Choi Hye-eun.
Another flashback shows Hye-eun having exchanged the IQ test papers with Myung-joon which made her get adopted by Choi Dong-eok.
