The Haunted Palace Premiere Reactions: Yook Sung-jae is The Star of the Show!

This weekend has seen many new Kdramas arriving for the audience worldwide, and among them, The Haunted Palace premiere has made its presence known with the wonderful storyline that it brings to us. And the highlight in its first week has been the siblings’ relationship shown between Bo-na and Kim Young-kwan, alongside the wonderful performance brought out by Yook Sung-jae. The Haunted Palace (귀궁) follows a trio who needs to solve the mystery of the female ghosts in the royal palace to put an end to the weird incidents that are taking place. As the three get entangled because of one spirit, they soon discover that there’s more to be found out and many more spirits that wish to be free.

The Haunted Palace Episode 1 opened up the show with laughter, some sentimental scenes, and spectacular performances by the cast. Viewers loved the energy in the show, the personality of the characters created for them, and everything that the episode had to offer them. Fans have especially loved the sibling energy that Yeo-ri and the Imoogi bring on screen, which is one of the best entertainers ever.

The chaos of this episode only got better, and he made sure to put aside his idol image and completely dive into the characters he is playing in this show.
