The Good Bad Mother Episode 13 Reactions: Twitter is Soft About the Latest Episode!

The Good Bad Mother episode 13 has fans laughing at Sam-sik’s antics and raving about that surprisly passionate smooch! Directed by Shim Na-yeon and written by Bae Se-young, the series stars Ra Mi-ran, Lee Do-hyun, Ahn Eun-jin and Yoo In-soo in main roles.

The slice-of-life series (나쁜엄마) follows Young-soon and her son Kang-ho who share a tumultuous relationship with each other thanks to her strict parenting when he was a child. Now an adult, Kang-ho is a cold-hearted prosecutor who chooses to keep his distance from her mother and lives in the city. However, when a tragedy strikes, Kang-ho is forced to return home to the village, wherein he finds a new lease on life and rebuilds his relationship with his mother as well as with his childhood friend Mi-joo.

The Good Bad Mother Episode 13 Reactions

Episode 13 takes us on a journey to rescue Ha-young and for Kang-ho to make amends with those who love him. On the other hand, Young-soon also opens up to her friends, which becomes an emotional rollercoaster ride for her. This episode is a lighter episode, thanks to Sam-sik’s hilariously chaotic behaviour and the fact that Kang-ho’s love life flourishes in this episode (finally). The entire ordeal in the hospital has its heavier moments as Mi-joo tells Ha-young the truth about a lot of things, but it’s also heavily a funny sequence. Sam-sik, who I personally find to be a little annoying, gets a sweet character arc wherein he finds himself to be Kang-ho’s friend.

Meanwhile, Kang-ho is trying to figure out what happened after his accident to his grand plan. Now that his memories are back, he is trying to tie up loose ends and bring Tae-soo and Woo-byeok to justice for his father’s murder. However, to get to that point, he has to collect evidence and get his ducks in a row. Old acquaintances are left dumbstruck at his sudden reappearance, but Kang-ho is able to convince them of his sincerity with his words and actions.

The episode 14 preview promises us that Kang-ho will take Tae-soo to court, wherein he will don the prosecutor’s garb once more. It also promises us that Mi-joo and he might just live together as husband and wife happily. But is that all an eyewash? Will he be able to figure out his next moves smoothly, or will there be any other issues on the road for him?
