The Class of ’09 starts off with FBI agent Ashley Poet appointed to bring in the extremist Amos, who she knows from her past. How or why that is so is not revealed in the first two episodes but, what we do get to see is Poet’s journey of how she entered the agency as well as her chase to get a hold of Amos, who is fed us with the justice system and wants to bring in a change (in a deadly manner, yes). The first two episodes are laid out beautifully to engage us with good performances by the cast members and, Twitter has been chiming the same since the episodes’ release.
One of the viewers tweeted: “Watching Class of 09 for the PKD-esque “future FBI dishes out AI-assisted criminal justice” premise. Brian Tyree Henry is magnificent in this & of course, there’s Kate Mara & Sepideh Moafi????”. Another one wrote, “I liked the first episode of Class of 09, but please stop releasing binge-watch shows in a weekly format. It’s so annoying”. There have been some negative reactions to the show too. So let us have a look at all of them down below!
