Stamp On It is the latest music video by GOT The Beat, the first sub-unit of SM Entertainment’s super girl group, Girls On Top (GOT). GOT makes their official comeback with the latest mini album, Stamp On It, and the track with the same name is the lead single. The group unveiled the album and the song on January 16, 2023, at 6 PM KST.
The newly formed supergroup consists of members from different groups under the same company. Wendy and Seulgi from Red Velvet, Karina and Winter from aespa, Hyoyeon and Taeyeon from Girls’ Generation (SNSD) and k-pop legend BoA are part of the lineup. Previously the group made its debut with the single called Step Back, which premiered in 2022.
The four-minute music video comprises a high-production value set and an enigmatic concept. The main theme of the song is to flaunt the luxuries of life and the dominating presence of women. Covered in diamonds, expensive costumes, extravagant cars and fine arts, it makes the viewers appreciate the lavish lifestyle.
With intricate choreography, the members deliver a splendid dance performance both in group and solo scenes. The singers also show off their mesmerising vocal skills, and the inclusion of rhythmic rap elevates the quality of the song. The styling of the members is done eloquently, and the makeup is also worth the mention.
The song does not have any deep meaning, and it is as superficial as the music video. However, the track’s melody is addictive and is bound to make everyone sing along. The powerful presence of the members will keep one going back to the music video. The unique hook step is another aspect of the new track which will intrigue the fans.

GOT first performed the new track at SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS@KWANGYA. After taking the world by storm with Step Back, the new song was highly anticipated by the fans. The mini album consists of five B-side tracks, namely, Goddess Level, Alter Ego, Rose, Outlaw and MALA.
The new album is the subunit’s first group album. Previously it was announced by the company that there would be no fixed members in the group and would keep interchanging with other singers from different groups after a particular period of time.
