Solo Leveling Episode 11 Review and Recap: Igris Is Here!

Solo Leveling Episode 11 Review One Of The Best Fights Ever!

This episode was hands down the best of this season. Not once was I bored, nor was I able to take my eyes off the screen. In the previous episode, we saw how Jinwoo is going somewhere far because he got a quest which gave him the option to go for a job change. Now, as he never got a quest which gave him ample amount of time to think about the pros and cons like this one, Jinwoo thought it would be better to go to a remote area and try it out. He believed this mission would have a pretty high level of danger, and he was absolutely right.

Within this special dungeon, Jinwoo comes across enemies who are the most powerful opponents he has ever faced till now. And, on top of that, he was not even allowed to use very helpful means like potions or the option of getting a full recovery mid-fight. Additionally, he also can’t leave the dungeon without completing it fully. Hence, even though the dungeon looked pretty normal to him at first, he knew he must keep his guard up.

But I must mention the one single threat that is the highlight of this episode, and it is the arrival of Igris, the blood-red knight who protects a kingless throne. He is a knight commander who is an S-level being, and he gives off the same intensity that Jinwoo felt in the very dangerous double dungeon. So, you should be able to automatically picture just how much of a fierce and absolutely thrilling fight this episode had.

Jinwoo literally had to use all his might, stamina, and will to survive here, and because of it, you get one of the best visual experiences.

But things are also becoming pretty interesting for other characters. We see some S-class hunters preparing to go to the treacherous Jeju Island to settle some old score. Apart from that, we also see Jinho facing problems from his brother, who is clearly not happy that Jinho is doing something behind his back.

Verdict

This episode was definitely the best we have seen yet. I know the season is going to end with one more episode, and I believe it will conclude on a very high note. The next episode will have some pretty interesting updates, and I just hope the last episode will be as good as every other episode that we have received from this anime.
