The new episode, like any other episode, introduced some of the phenomenal entrepreneurs of India. Many different people from different locations in India arrived at the stage of Shark Tank to raise funds so that their business could reach a global level. Moreover, a lot of innovative ideas were also pitched on the stage which left the sharks and audiences in awe.

A shoe company called Arreto made its first appearance. The founder took us through the speciality of their products which are, shoes for kids. The shoes have the ability to expand as the child’s feet grow. The sharks became very interested in the product at first but eventually due to the owner’s inability to communicate efficiently they quickly became indifferent. The owner remained interested in “telling a story” rather than showcasing the raw numbers of sales.

Through the entrepreneur’s failure, the audience too has received an important lesson of giving more importance to the business aspect of the product rather than the story. Moreover, trying to control the narrative too much can also rub the Sharks the wrong way. Nevertheless, the technology of the product seemed impressive.

The second entrepreneur is successfully able to grab four sharks in his net. His business involves DIY toys for children and it is called Kalakaram. Instantly the Sharks became interested in the idea and gave their best offers to the owner of the company. Ultimately, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Peyush Bansal, and Vineeta Singh acquired equity in the company.

Lastly, two entrepreneurs arrived to pitch their idea of a type of medicine that can solve many health issues. The Ayurvedic product is called Nabhi Sutra and it contains a type of oil that can cure diseases after it has been applied to the naval. The judges were reminded of a product that made its way in Season 1 with a similar yet very different concept.
