Shark Tank India Season 3 Episode 18 Recap

Shark Tank India Season 3 Episode 18

The episode starts with the founders of Hyperlab discussing their product and why they started it before we go to the Tank. The founders ask for Rs 10 Lakh for 1% equity. They further discuss how the sport-tech company combines the physical and digital world and how their product Helios trains and tracks sportspeople. The founders give a demo of the product with the help of Nihal Patel, a state-level badminton player representing Gujarat. After showing off their “killer mode” with Amit Jain, the Sharks have a fun time watching him work out.

The Sharks are left impressed with the founders and, in the end, all the Sharks give them offers but the founders go for Aman’s offer, which is Rs 25 Lakhs for 1% equity.

The next to come to the Tank are the founders of ECO Biotraps who ask for Rs 50 Lakhs for 2% equity. They talk about how mosquitos are the most dangerous weapons in the world and to curb their population, repelling them isn’t enough; we must stop them from breeding. Thus, the founders showcase their products that have done a very good job at different places, including Dharavi and the sets of Shark Tank as well!

The Sharks are left charged up thanks to their pitch and their fun discussion leaves them further invested. However, Vineeta is the only Shark who is interested in giving an offer but the founders don’t accept it, ending in them leaving the Tank empty-handed.

When the Sharks come back for the last pitch, we see a dirty car sitting in the middle of the room. The Hoora founders then make their way to the Tank and pitch their car cleaning service app to the Sharks and mention how they are able to save five times the amount of water that normal car washes use. In the end, they ask for Rs 80 Lakh for 2% equity. The founders give a demo of cleaning the car and their revenue impresses the Sharks.

However, the Sharks are not impressed with their revenue or their business model and, thus, all of the Sharks back out of investing.
