PLEDIS Entertainment, has announced significant updates regarding SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Jun’s upcoming activities. Jeonghan is set to enlist in the military in the second half of 2024, marking a temporary departure from the group’s active promotions. Although the agency has yet to disclose the exact enlistment date, it is confirmed that Jeonghan will be absent from SEVENTEEN’s promotional activities for their 12th mini album, scheduled for release in October. Additionally, he will not participate in the SEVENTEEN RIGHT HERE WORLD TOUR, which is set to commence in the same month.
CARATs will still have the opportunity to see him before Jeonghan’s enlistment. He is scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza Berlin and attend a previously announced fan signing event. These appearances will be among his last public activities with SEVENTEEN before his military service.
In a parallel development, PLEDIS Entertainment also revealed that Jun would be unable to join the group for their Lollapalooza Berlin performance in September. Instead, he will focus on pursuing acting and other opportunities in China starting in the latter half of the year.
