It wasn’t long back when the K-pop boy band SEVENTEEN confessed how they would like their mini-album ‘Attacca’ to set a record and be at the top of the Billboard 200. Even though the dream is still a work in progress, the band’s ninth album has successfully created a personal record for SEVENTEEN. Recent Billboard charts’ update shows ‘Attacca’ ranking on the top popular albums in the United States.
As of the latest update on October 31, Billboard has announced that SEVENTEEN’s ‘Attacca’ has debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200. The Billboard 200 is responsible for ranking the most popular albums in the United States and it is an honour for this emerging band to be sharing the space with iconic Lana Del Rey and legendary Elton John.
Along with this, the mini-album is also regarded as the week’s No.1 top-selling album! The K-pop band is placed above popular artists including Lana Del Rey, Duran Duran, Elton John and Rolling Stones. A massive record personal record to mark the band’s growing popularity.

The 13-member group had dropped the seven-track album, ‘Attacca,’ fronted by their main track ‘Rock with You’ last month. Prior to this, their six-track EP ‘Your Choice’ finished 15th on ‘Billboard 200’ in the first week of its release in June. That was the first time the K-pop act had made it on Billboard’s main singles or albums chart since its debut in 2015. Looking at them now, it is quite some progress the boys have made.
