Ji-eum receives a call from Ae-gyeong but it is Min-gi on the line. He says that Ae-gyeong has fallen sick, and they are at the hospital. As soon as she reaches, she finds Ae-gyeong unconscious and asks about the cause of her condition. But the doctors are unable to tell what she is suffering from. She also finds out that Min-gi knew about her condition for a long time.

Min-gi meets up with Han-na and shares about Ae-gyeong’s condition. They discuss the next steps that could save the ones affected. She then says that she remembers everything about her first life and is ready to follow the plan. Meanwhile, Seo-ha receives a package which contains important documents against Yeon-ok. He proceeds to share the evidence against her corruption and asks her to leave her position in the hotel. A few moments later, his father and the President of the company arrive in her office and fire her from the position.

It is revealed that Han-na is the one who sent the documents to Seo-ha. She follows him on the road, peeking glances at him. Then she finally rushes and hugs him from the back. She gives him a turtle which represents a core memory from his childhood, and bids goodbye. Seo-ha wonders who she is but could not shake off the memories of his mother.

On the other hand, Seo-ha meets with Min-gi and holds an intense conversation. Min-gi finally reveals that the reason why Ae-gyeong got sick is because she reconnected with her in her new life, and others will meet the same fate. He urges her to remember her past life, which lies the answers to her questions. As she touches the bell, she gets intense visions of the past where she sees that Seo-ha kills her sister Cho-won. At the same time, Seo-ha also walks in.

Ji-eum starts to sob hysterically in Seo-ha’s arms. She gets transported through her past memories and forgets about her present life. Seeing Seo-ha in front of her makes her furious, and she starts to choke him with her bare hands. The episode ends on that nite.
