Red Notice Star Dwayne Johnson Exposes Ryan Reynolds for Something Hilarious

The rapture Netflix’s ‘Red Notice’ stars Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds share is pretty evident to fans both on-screen and off-screen. Reynolds has always had a reputation for pulling pranks and cracking us up be it through his Deadpool character’s awkward sense of humour or his social media posts. However, it was Johnson this time who pulled off a rather hilarious prank with a little help from the streaming giant. Even though, the prank technically points to the ultimate promotion of the duo’s latest release where Dwayne encourages his followers to watch ‘Red Notice’, the magnanimity and idea behind the prank really can give you a laughing-fit coupled with some awesome, sarcastic reactions from Netflix and Reynolds.

Netflix’s ‘Red Notice’ covers the story of an FBI agent who enlists the help of an art thief to catch a budding criminal. The action-comedy flick is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber and stars Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and ‘Wonder Woman’ star Gal Gadot in the leading roles.

Check out Dwayne Johnson’s hilarious prank on Ryan Reynolds below:

Johnson took over his Instagram and a Netflix marquee (literally!) to share an expository prank on Ryan Reynolds. The Rock messed with his Netflix co-star by posting a picture of Netflix’s billboard saying: ‘Ryan Reynolds uses his mom’s Netflix account.’

Tagging Reynolds, Dwayne did express his admiration for Ryan’s mother and called her “an amazing woman.” Meanwhile, Reynolds did not hold back and left an uproarious comment on the post that read: ‘In fairness, my mom uses my OnlyFans account.’ Netflix on the other hand wrote under the post: ‘This is the last time I let you decide what to put on the Netflix marquee…..’

The entire motive behind the post can be directed to the fact that the actors are encouraging people to stream their upcoming releases on the OTT platform.

You can stream ‘Red Notice’ on Netflix which releases on November 12, 2021. You can also check out our spoiler-free review for the movie by clicking here.
