A heart-pounding and muscle-building Kdrama is ready to begin as ‘healthy freak’ gym manager Do Hyeon-jung is here to take the reins of your health. Intending to correct the lives of his gym’s members, he is ready to bring a positive change to many, but will this result in him going overboard?

Do Hyeon-jung is a bodybuilder who wins first place at the ultimate bodybuilding competition- Mr David Competition. However, he soon disappears from the circle and is soon found to have taken over an old neighbourhood gym. Being a health-crazed man, he struggles to manage his life as a gym owner and trainer. Among them is a travel agency planning and development manager, Lee Mi-ran. She has only two obsessions- food and the burning love between a man and a woman. Unfortunately, a shocking breakup with her ex-boyfriend leaves her shattered. Right then, she finds her way to Hyeon-jung’s gym and believes in his words, promising to change her body and life.
