Pandora Beneath the Paradise (판도라: 조작된 낙원) is a Korean thriller action drama that brings the story of a woman who has to reach the top to protect her family. Directed by Choi Young-hoon, the drama stars Lee Ji-ah, Lee Sang-yoon, Jang Hee-jin, Park Ki-woong, Bong Tae-kyu, and Shim So-young, alongside other cast members.

The story brings the life of the presidential candidate Jae-hyun’s wife Hong Tae-ra who recalls her memories from the past and is confronted by a truth that was different from what she thought. Now, she has to reach the top of the power ladder to protect her family.

Pandora Beneath the Paradise takes over tvN’s Saturday-Sunday 9:10 PM KST timeslot previously held by Crash Course in Romance.

Her husband too does not leave her side and sticks close to him, however, she is worried about his reputation as a candidate for the presidential elections. Now, she is ready to have a serious face-off with Seon-deok to protect her family.

Episode 2 of the show brings Hong Tae-ra face to face with her true identity which leaves her with an intense feeling of guilt when facing Ko Hae-soo. As she tries to run away with her family, the situation leaves her stuck where she is while people from the Hanwool Mental Hospital try to capture her.

Now, she wishes to reveal everything to her husband but is unable to reach him before Seon-deok. When she finally reaches her husband, she is hit with the news of his candidateship. Following this, she sees her daughter next to Seon-deok and another memory resurfaces- this time it is of her brother.
