Outlast Twitter Reactions: Team Alpha’s Ruthlessness Angers Viewers, Demand Additional Rules

Outlast Twitter Reactions remain brutally honest as the fans display their anger towards Team Alpha for their heartless gameplay. Their aggressive actions towards the other players made the audience uncomfortable and they condemned the production team for not stepping up.

The series is a brand-new survival reality game show that was released on Netflix. Produced by Grant Kahler, the premise of the series is sixteen contestants are dropped off at an Alaskan forest and whoever survives till the end wins a total prize money of one million dollars. Battling nature’s harshest elements, the participants go through the extreme conditions using their respective skills.

The reality series consists of eight episodes with a runtime of approximately 40-50 minutes. It is based on a 2013 survival horror game of the same name.

Team Alpha was left with three members, Amber Asay, Jill Ashock and Justin Court. Planning to end the game soon, the team began to ‘think out of the box’ in order to win the series. Since Team Delta was left with only two members following the departure of Jordan from the game and Paul choosing to join Team Charlie, Team Alpha saw the perfect opportunity to attack. Justin crossed the river with his raft and stole Dawn and Joel’s sleeping bags to lower their morale. Subsequently, they also destroyed Javier’s campsite and raft to force him out of the campsite.

The following events left an irreparable dent in both the audience’s and the contestant’s minds. Brian quit the show due to his inability to keep up with Team Alpha’s recklessness and did not wish to be a part of it. Javier tries hard until the end to stay in the competition and seek revenge on them, but his efforts are unsuccessful and he is forced to leave the competition.

The show’s fans took to Twitter to showcase their anger and dissent towards Team Alpha’s cruel actions. They sympathise with the team’s victims, who were left out in the cold to fend for themselves. Netizens also criticise the show for its lack of rules and for allowing such barbarous events to occur in their presence.

  1. Just wow. Team Alpha were the worst examples of human beings. And clearly thought they were clever when they were simply bullies playing off the backs of strong players. Won’t watch Outlast again.

  2. This show should not have aired. It’s demonic, evil, and has NOTHING to do with survival, outdoors or skills.
    Shame on the producers.
