Our Blues Episode 5 Reactions: Fans Relate With Yeong-ju And Hyun

Our Blues has released six episodes so far and fans have loved all of them, more so Our Blues Episode 5. The story of Eun-hui’s first love made our hearts melt but also broke us when Han-su took advantage of her feelings. Her story ended with Han-su leaving Jeju but a new romance between Yeong-ok and Jeong-jun has started. This drama features Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-a, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, and Uhm Jung-hwa, alongside other cast members.

It was revealed that Yeong-ju and Hyun have been secretly dating when Yeong-ju suspects her pregnancy. Hyun and Yeong-ju are high schoolers with a long life ahead of them. However, the pregnancy has put them in a difficult situation where they are too young to understand if they are making the right decision. Fans could relate to Hyun and Yeong-ju as they remembered their teenage days when they had dreams like Yeong-ju but no clue of the future and made many mistakes.

A fan compared Yeong-ju and Hyun to Romeo and Juliet and wrote on Twitter, “Ngl, at first I was expecting a cute teen romance between Yeong-ju & Hyeon. But then, they started saying they’re the Jeju version of Romeo & Juliet ???????????? #OurBlues #OurBluesEp5”

A user appreciated Yeong-ju’s father for his sacrifices for his daughter, “hosik is so selfless as a father. he wore worn out clothes and didn’t even replace his toothbrush just to prioritize all her needs. he try so hard to take her of her. for sure, when he finds out the truth that she’s pregnant, it will break his heart. #OurBluesEp5 #OurBlues”

Eun-hui will help Yeong-ju, that’s what a fan hopes, “None can even imagine through which this girl is going now. I’ve no expectations for her except from Eunhee. I hope that she’ll stand by her when this thing will come out as this stereotypical society will point finger towards her only. #OurBluesEp5”

Yeong-ju’s feelings about Hyun reminded a fan of Seung-wan’s line from Twenty Five Twenty One, “NO WAY ???????? Yeongju’s line.. it’s almost the same as Seungwan’s ???????? I thought we are just joking when we say they won’t let us move from 2521 but it’s REAL. My heart aches…. ???? #OurBlues #OurBluesEp5 #TwentyFiveTwentyOne”
