Netflix’s The Guilty Trailer: Jake Gyllenhaal Promises An Intense Thriller

The Guilty trailer, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, is now out on the Netflix YouTube channel. In the film, Spider-Man: Far From Home actor plays the role of a 911 call operator called Joe Bayler. One morning, Joe gets a call from a lady who’s kidnapped and asking for help. Joe is in a tough position as the only clue he knows is that she’s been captured inside a white van.

The 2 minutes trailer features mostly Jake, aka Joe troubled and trying his best to save the lady. But the mission is not easy, and tracing a suspicious white van among the thousands in the cities can take forever. So what’s he going to do? We will find the answers only when the film is out.

The Guilty trailer description reads – The Guilty takes place over the course of a single morning in a 911 dispatch call centre. Call operator Joe Bayler (Gyllenhaal) tries to save a caller in grave danger—but he soon discovers that nothing is as it seems, and facing the truth is the only way out.

Antoine Fuqua has directed the Netflix thriller, which also stars Paul Dano, Riley Keough and Peter Sarsgaard. The film will release in select theatres in September and on October 1 on Netflix.
