My Happy Marriage Episode 11 Preview: My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.
The live-action film adaptation of the fantasy series was released in Japan on March 2023. Following the story of Miyo, who enters an arranged marriage with a ruthless commander, officially got its own anime series announced to be directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music.
Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. With an estimated duration of 20-25 minutes each, the episodes are available in English dub and subtitles. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

My Happy Marriage Plot
The plot of the show is set in the early fictional years of Japan, where possessing supernatural powers holds the utmost form of respect. However, Miyo, following the death of her mother, leads a rather miserable life with her stepmother and stepsister. As she possesses no power, she is deemed as a useless member of the household, and everyone in the family devalues her. She is married off to a ruthless commander named Kudou, and her life completely changed since then.

The story will mainly follow Miyo Saimori and Kiyoka Kudo’s married life. Other supporting and recurring characters include Kaya Saimori, Kōji Tatsuishi, Yurie, Yoshito Godō, Arata Tsuruki, Kazushi Tatsuishi, Takaihito and others.

In the next episode, Miyo’s nightmares might finally come to an end. She will discover her new power and learn how to use it efficiently. However, if her power is not under control or supervision, it might go out of control. Will she be able to able to control her emotions in order to control her power?
My Happy Marriage 10 Recap
In the tenth episode, Kiyoka takes Miyo over to Arata’s house so that he can help her remove the frequent nightmares that she gets. However, Arata reveals his true identity as belonging to the Usuba family and Miyo’s cousin and makes them meet the head of the community as well. They reveal to her that Miyo possesses a unique power and needs to be separated from Kiyoka. But Kiyoka does not agree with the term, so Arata proposes and dual between them. After an intense dual between them, Arata wins the battle and takes away Miyo to the Usuba family.
However, another mission arises, which requires Kiyoka’s attention instantly. He puts the mission to bring Miyo back on hold and attends to his duties right away.
