Fashion’s biggest night, Met Gala 2022 is here! A star-studded annual fundraising gala held for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City, this event is organized by Vogue haute couture magazine and, marks the opening of the Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibit on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This year’s event has the theme is In America: An Anthology of Fashion with the dress code being Gilded Glamour and White Tie put into focus.
The hosts for Met Gala 2022 include Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda as co-chairs and, Designer Tom Ford, Instagram’s Adam Mosseri, and Anna Wintour as honorary co-chairs. Hamish Bowles, Vanessa Hudgens and La La Anthony serve as the hosts for the live-streamed event taking place on May 2nd at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York at 6 pm EDT (May 3, 3:30 AM IST).
