Mashle Episode 2 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

It is time for some more magic and muscles, as Mashle Episode 2 is the second episode of a show that promises to bring a lot of laughter across its runtime. Mashle is an action, comedy, and fantasy anime directed by Tomoya Tanaka and based on an original manga written by Hajime Koumoto. The series is being animated by Studio A-1 Pictures.

Mashe Burnedead isn’t a very popular personality in the world that he lives in. Living secretly in the forest, he trains his body every day, and despite not having any magical powers, he is strong enough to compete with magic users! However, upon having his secret identity revealed, and his peaceful life threatened, Mash begins his journey to becoming a “Divine Visionary,” a powerful role that society would have no choice but to accept his existence.

And so, to maintain his peaceful life, the magicless Mash enrols in the prestigious Easton Magic Academy, competing against the children of some of the most powerful and elite in the realm. Lacking the very skill needed to survive at Easton, magic, Mash appears to already be at a disadvantage to his fellow classmates. To achieve his goals, Mash will have to fight his way through every trial using his fists alone, overcoming magic with muscles, all for the illustrious title of Divine Visionary! (Via MAL Rewrite)

Mashle Episode 2 Plot

Mashle Magic and Muscle Episode 2 promises to continue the engaging tale of Mash Burnedead, a guy so powerful he can play football and dribble around with magic. This episode is going to feature its first introduction to the magical Easton Academy, something which is just as exciting a prospect as the first episode and the introduction to the series. As this is where most of the rest of the show is going to be based, it will be great to see how it is built up.

Mashle Episode 2 Characters

While the first episode was (rightfully so) centred around the main character, this episode should serve as an introduction to several of the side characters whom we have seen in the show’s opening and ending themes. They seem a lovely sort, although their personality can’t be discerned without hearing them speak and by just watching them in a song. It will be a treat to see how well they compliment Mash and oppose him.

Mashle Episode 2 Predictions

Most of Mash’s classmates are going to follow the standard anime trope of “sweet girl”, “edgy boy”, “smart boy”, and “ditzy girl”. However, the ditzy role in this seems to be cornered by Mash himself.

Mashle Episode 1 Recap

In a world that is full of magic live Regro Burnehead and his son Mash, who can’t use any. In order to not have him murdered on sight, Regro teaches Mash to be extremely strong and cautious, and while he succeeds in doing that, Mash isn’t a bright child. His idiocy leads him to be discovered by the general public as a non-magic user and sets off one of the most dangerous police officers in the land after him. Fear not, however, as Mash has the power of muscles by his side!
