Marry My Husband Episode 9 Preview: Marry My Husband (내 남편과 결혼해줘) is a Korean romance fantasy bringing the journey of Kang Ji-won who gets a second chance to live her life. Directed by Park Won-gook, Seong So-jak’s manhua adaptation of the same name stars Park Min-young, Na In-woo, Lee Yi-kyung, Song Ha-yoon, Lee Gi-kwang, and Gong Min-jung, alongside other cast members.

The Kdrama brings the story of Kang Ji-won whose life takes a turn when she discovers her husband having an affair with her best friend. However, before she can do anything about it, she is sent to death. That is when she wakes up to find herself 10 years in the past with a chance to make things right. But will she find something more than just revenge?

Marry My Husband takes over tvN’s Monday and Tuesday 20:50 time slot previously occupied by A Bloody Lucky Day.

Marry My Husband Episode 9 Prediction

Ji-won jumps into the water to save Su-min which makes her believe that the former still cares about her. Su-min soon begins a life of a secret affair with Min-hwan while preparing to steal him properly. Meanwhile, Ji-won is ready to make the two come crashing down as she spread news of her engagement everywhere and splurges Min-hwan’s money for the first and last time.

It is finally time for Ji-won to meet Min-hwan’s family once again; this time, Su-min is ready to use Min-hwan’s mother to marry him while Ji-won prepares to shock his mother before breaking it off with him.

Ji-won gets her hands on the winning flag and defends it against Su-min which leaves the latter angry and becomes the pushing point for her to take the final step to woo Hwan-min. Meanwhile, Ji-won breaks down after witnessing their betrayal for the second time, but Ji-hyeok holds her up and reminds her why she is doing this.

She quickly recollects herself and is back on track to get her revenge the next day. However, Su-min observes her happy self from afar and is filled with bitterness as Min-hwan tries to create a distance from her after having crossed the line. Su-min is not ready to let go of Min-hwan after this and once again lures him during a promotional event at a supermarket.

But they are interrupted when a customer is rushed to the hospital due to allergy reaction. Min-hwan sweeps the incident under the rug by paying the hospital bill, however, he is soon in for a shock when news of the company he invested in makes headlines. He soon realises that his investment has failed and now he is huge debt.

He begins hinting about getting married to Ji-won who understands what he is trying to do. She is annoyed by him and tells Ji-hyeok about the same. While walking to the Judo club, Ji-won remembers taking care of a stray cat near the place and tells Ji-hyeok about the same. He then reveals that he has taken the cat home and Ji-won rushes to his house with excitement.

She then tells him about the proposal she had received on her brithday in her previous life and hopes that she doesn’t face have to face such humiliation in this life as well. Ji-hyeok hears this and surprises her with a drone show amidst which Min-hwan proposes to her. Ji-won accepts his proposal and Su-min is ready to steal her “happiness”, while Ji-won is ready for Su-min to marry her husband.

The series will stream from January 1, 2024, to February 20, 2024. Episode 9 of the series will stream on January 29 at 7:20 PM IST.

The synopsis of the show reads: “A woman who was murdered after witnessing her husband’s affair with her best friend, returns to ten years ago and begins her second life.”

The Manhua adaptation brings to life the story of Kang Ji-won who is on a journey to get revenge and find the love she missed in her previous life. And the journey begins by marrying her husband off to her best friend.

The Love In Contract actor Park Min-young returns in another challenging role as she takes over headlines with her drastic weight loss for the role of Kang Ji-won. Alongside her is the Longing For You actor Na In-woo and Secret Royal Inspector actor Lee Yi-kyung.
