Lucky Hank is an eight-part comedy drama show developed by Paul Lieberstein and Aaron Zelman, starring Bob Odenkirk in the lead role of Hank Devereaux.

Lucky Hank Episode 3 starts on a nightmarish note for Hank when a moving container filled with his father’s office memorabilia arrives at his garage doorstep. The infuriated English chair decides to find a peaceful resolution to this mess, before his assistant conveys his father’s decision to move back to Railton, as part of his post-retirement scheme.
As if one major confrontation with Hank Sr wasn’t enough, the professor learns from Dean Rose that there will be a definitive cut of 20 per cent from his teaching department. And even though the Dean advises him to not tell about the eliminating list, Hank relays the entire information to his colleague, after their insistence.
The entire episode goes back on forth on this topic until Hank discovers the letters written by her mother to his estranged father. The Railton English chair confronts her mother about the issue and learns that she is willing to keep a connection with him, even after years of abandonment.
Moreover, we also get to see Hank leaning towards the union side, as he tries to find an alternative for the layoff situation. Even though Hank works on improving his professional life, his personal space takes a toll for real after his unexpected encounter with his junior colleague.
