Love Take Two Episode 11 Recap
The episode opens with Moon-hee comforting Ji-an and telling her to lean on her as she goes through this difficult time. She further tells her some difficult facts about the surgery that they all need to prepare for, which leaves all of them quite tense. Elsewhere, Jeong-seok and Hyo-ri go out to grab a bite and spend time playing video games together. They end the night having a heartfelt conversation about Ji-an and Jeong-seok promises her to never make Ji-an feel lonely. That night, he keeps his promise and goes up to comfort her.
Everyone starts to do their bit for Hyo-ri as the date for the surgery draws closer, while emotions run high. Many hugs and shed tears later, the team go out for Hyo-ri’s surgery as the others hang back with worry on their minds. At the hospital, the day of the surgery rolls around as people’s generosity and love shower on Hyo-ri and Ji-an.
Before the surgery, Ji-an visits Hyo-ri’s mother one last time as she reminisces about their past. Jeong-seok is firmly behind her, catching her when she breaks down, asking her mother to look over Hyo-ri during these difficult times. Meanwhile, Hyo-ri spends a few sweet moments with Bo-hyeon, forgetting her worries for a moment.
When the day of the surgery finally rolls around, everyone who cares for Hyo-ri is enveloped by sadness and worry for the future, but she fights through the fear to push everyone on.
In the epilogue, Hyo-ri is seen recording a video for Ji-an, which leaves her bawling after she goes in for surgery. She expresses how much she loves her and is thankful that she is her mother, hoping to live her life fully with Ji-an in the future.
Love Take Two Episode 11 Review

Welp, another extremely emotional episode that is full of hope, love and warmth. Even through the worst of moments, Love Take Two manages to be so hopeful and heartfelt that everything else feels secondary. It’s the connection between the characters that is the real gem here, and the drama doesn’t let us forget that for even a minute. All in all, this might just be my favourite drama this year!
