Instagram Threads has arrived and it is so much like its apparent alma mater. The thing is that with the growth of social media, it is only natural that companies will try to come up with new platforms that people can use to interact with one another. But the fact that one app has reigned for a very long time will definitely make it difficult for any other app to claim a spot in people’s minds. And if it fails, the result is as follows.
Instagram Threads went live on Wednesday and it is being dubbed by many as the “Twitter killer” or “Twitter rival” On one hand, Mark Zuckerberg, in a Threads post, stated that he intended to make the platform the first “public conversations app” with more than a billion people on it. It will also allow us to have real-time public conversations. On the other hand, Elon Musk, Twitter’s owner, has deleted his Instagram account, stating that he prefers to be targeted by strangers on his platform rather than indulge in the “false happiness” of Instagram.

While the introduction of Instagram Threads has upped the rivalry between Mark and Musk, netizens are having a wonderful time digging deeper into it.
