Brief I LAND 2 Episode 7 Recap
The episode begins by introducing the top six contestants who secured their positions in the second part of the show through their amazing performances, capturing the producers’ hearts. The remaining six contestants will be selected through audience voting from the 14 unsafe contestants. The results are announced, starting with the elimination of the four contestants with the lowest scores.
First to be eliminated is Oh Yuna, ranking 14th in the I-Mate Vote. Following her, Kim Chaeeun is announced as 13th and thus eliminated, followed by Choi Soul and Un Jiwon. Then, the six survivors proceeding to part two are revealed: Kim Sujung, Nam Yuju, Bang Jeemin, Koko, Son Juwon, and Kim Gyuri. Additionally, it is announced that Lingling, Minsol, Park Yeeun, and Yui have been permanently eliminated.
After the revelation, the commencement of the I-LAND 2 Final Countdown was announced. Over the next four weeks, it will determine the members of the debut girl group. The competition now transitions into an individual endeavor, with weekly rankings being unveiled. Additionally, it was disclosed that three tests in total will determine the finalists. Those not selected by the producers and i-mates will face elimination.
