Netflix’s Heartstopper trailer is out now! The upcoming British coming-of-age drama generated a lot of hype on the release of its teaser and, fans have been looking forward to the release of the trailer for the series. The teen drama is based on the webcomic and graphic novel of the same name by Alice Oseman. The series is also developed by Oseman herself and, Euros Lyn is helming the show from the director’s chair, who is best known for his work in Doctor Who, Sherlock, Black Mirror and Daredevil.
The eight-part series stars Joe Locke as Charlie Spring and Kit Connor as Nick Nelson along with William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Sebastian Croft, Cormac Hyde-Corrin, Rhea Norwood, Tobie Donovan, Jenny Walser, Fisayo Akinade, Chetna Pandya and Alan Turkington. Netflix has already revealed that the first season of Heartstopper will have half an hour of episodes. Euros Lyn, Patrick Walters, Jamie Laurenson, Hakan Kousetta, Iain Canning and Emile Sherman serve as the executive producers of the series and, the show is being produced under the See-Saw Films banner.
Heartstopper trailer shows us how Charlie meets Nick and, sparks fly everywhere but, after a series of “hi” is Nick interested in Charlie as much as he is invested in him? With ruby, high school friends that are dreamy as they are as scary and lots of drama, reflection and contemplation, Netflix brings us an LGBTQ+ romance that will make butterflies zoom in our hearts.

The description under the Heartstopper trailer reads: “Teens Charlie and Nick discover their unlikely friendship might be something more as they navigate school and young love in this coming-of-age series.
