Hawkeye to 2024: Interesting OTT Releases for the Upcoming Week

From Hawkeye to 2024, the upcoming week has some interesting releases online. In the past one and a half years, digital platforms have given us some amazing content to enjoy. From thrillers to animated series to reality shows, various content has made its way in 2020 and 2021. Similarly, the upcoming week looks good for English and Indian content. Whether it’s Disney+, Netflix or Lionsgate Play, every OTT platform has something to offer.

In this listicle, I’ve mentioned 5 titles that you should definitely watch in the next week. The list consists of superhero series to a romantic comedy-drama.

From Hawkeye to 2024, Here’s what releasing next week:

Hawkeye

The Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld starrer is the 5th MCU series for Disney+. Set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, we will find out what Clint Barton/Hawkeye has been doing in life. When an aspiring archer, Kate Bishop, enters his life, it’s going to be exciting. The series will release on November 24 and has 6 episodes. A new episode will drop every Wednesday at 1:30 pm on Disney+.

2024

It’s an Indian release on Disney+ Hotstar that was shot on One Plus phone. In association with Vikramaditya Motwane, the thriller is directed by Robin Raveendran Nair. The synopsis reads, “4 friends, 1 city & a virus looming large”. 2024 will release on November 23 on D+H.

The Beatles: Get Back

A three-part documentary by Peter Jackson will release on Disney+. The documentary covers how the legendary Beatles band worked on their 1970 album ‘Let It Be’. Fans will get a closer look into how they work and what makes them the best even today. The documentary will be released on November 25.

A Boy Called Christmas

Director Gil Kenan’s Christmas movie is making its way on November 26 on Netflix. It’s a story of a young boy on a quest to find his father. The father is out looking for ‘Elfhelm’, a village of the elves. It’s an interesting Christmas saga that promises to be a comfort watching for viewers.

Hiccups and Hookups

Prateik Babbar and Lara Dutta’s web series got a lot of attention when the trailer was released last week. It’s a story of a single mother who is looking for love on dating apps. The show also has a good amount of family drama that’s entertaining and wholesome. Directed by Kunal Kohli, the series will release on November 26 on Lionsgate Play.

Jonas Brothers Family Roast

Kenan Thompson will host the roast of Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas. The Netflix series will feature several guests like Pete Davidson, Niall Horan, Lily Singh, Jack Whitehall, Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias and more. Along with the roasts, the Netflix special also includes songs, sketches and games. It’s going to be full of fun and entertainment. Jonas Brothers Family Roast releases on November 23.
