Thanks to platforms like Netflix, cine lovers are still getting new movies to enjoy. Today, the streaming giant dropped the Haseen Dillruba teaser. Starring Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane, Vinil Mathew has directed the film.
The description of the teaser on Netflix’s YouTube channel reads, “Pyaar ki har hadd hogi paar. Kaun karega kispe vaar? Two’s company, three’s a crowd. Watch this twisted tale of love unfold into one thrilling rollercoaster ride.”
Haseen Dillruba teaser hints at a love triangle but on the dark side. The text on the teaser reads – Love in 3 Shades – Lust, Obsession and Deceit. The word lust appears in a scene where Taapsee Pannu and Harshvardhan Rane are sharing a steamy scene.
It seems like Vikrant Massey’s character is going to be the obsessive lover. In the scene when ‘obsession’ comes on the screen, Massey is getting a tattoo that reads ‘Rani’ in Hindi. So Rani might be the name of Pannu’s character.

For the word deceit, Taapsee Pannu’s comes into the frame, and she looks terrified. The next scene jumps to fire in a house, car chasing scenes, Rane beating up someone badly, and a cop by C.I.D. actor Aditya Srivastava. The background music is chilling and will make you more excited as Amit Trivedi has composed the songs.
The teaser has come a few hours after the makers dropped a sensational Haseen Dillruba poster today. Taapse Pannu shared the teaser on her Instagram page and wrote, ‘प्यार के तीन रंग , खून के छींटों के संग ….’.

The release date of Haseen Dillruba is July 2, 2021. The film is expected to drop at 12:30 pm for the Indian audience. Kanika Dhillon has penned the screenplay of the love thriller, which is produced by T-Series and Colours Yellow Productions Pvt. Ltd. After making out hearts warm with Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra’s Hasee Toh Phasee (2014), director Vinil Mathew is all set to intrigue us with the twisted love saga.
Writer Kanika Dhillon had earlier shared on Twitter her experience of writing Haseen Dillruba’s story. Dhillon tweeted, “Crumpled pages- torn sheets- dancing words- confusing characters until they all come together one fine day- magic! That’s the magic of stories! And stories is all I have…see u at the movies once again with #HaseenDillruba.”
